I had two questions.

You can only run one instance on any machine no matter your usergroup.

 

You can run unlimited tabs if you are VIP or Sponsor, however.

There is a difference between tabs and instances.

In the future this will be changed and you will be allowed to run multiple instances if you have the correct privileges.
