Go to the top right of the screen so the sidebar appears. Go down to Settings, then Control Panel. Click "System and Security", then click "View amount of RAM and processor speed".

Yeah, windows 8.1 doesn't have it, I had to run tests through the command prompt, but the results were confusing, so I gave up
