I added 5 euros from Danskebanks website, entered all the passwords and keycodes and paypal accepts it. How can it not trust me with using that money that I just got trough to my Paypal account? That makes no sense.

That is a problem on paypals end, contact them they will walk you through it.

If you just received the money you may have to wait a few days.
