Explanation:Im reporting this dispute on behalf of a banned user "blankite"  stan added him asking if he was selling any gold and the user "Blankite" was selling 10m.

I also thought that only people that have a dispute against someone have to report them, if someone else reports me to what claims has happened, but @Miley Cyrus was not invloved with this.

Seems you scammed a non osbot member and thought that it was okay. You have 24 hours to refund, or show proof you paid him.

Anyone has the right to report someone.

The member is banned, I got evidence above, he clearly did something to get banned from Osbot.... and now I am getting punished for what he deserves?

You scammed him and have 24 hours to refund, I don't want to here more about "what he deserves", he's got "what he deserve's" and now it's your turn to get what you deserve.
