What do I need my defense level at? Also, what should my gear setup be?

What's bare minimum setup  for a 70/70/70 balanced character?

Just finished my first firecape service! Took a little longer than expected due to internet issues, but I got it! Price was 100K for the first one, so now I've bumped it up a bit.

He is offline at the moment, but I'm sure he'll be back tomororw
