different comp sign in problems

Featured Replies

I bought a script, so creating a second account wont suffice. I cannot log into my account on my laptop but I can on the computer on which I bought the script. Are accounts only able to be used on one computer? Or is there a different problem?

You're not VIP. You can only have 1 client/1 bot up at one time at any location. If you're account is logged onto your desktop you have to close it on your desktop to login with it anywhere else.

I closed it after signing out. I'm going to attempt uninstalling it from the first computer, but if that doesn't work idkz.

Pull up task manager and close any java.exe or stuff you see. So that way it will 100% not be running anymore and what not :)

Exited everything, and I've been logged off for well over an hour. Deleted osbot on the other computer and still refuses to sign in. A dotted box within the login button appears every time I attempt to log in, might have a significance? It acts as though the login button is inactive because the cancel button works instantly.

It shouldn't be a problem with my account, I just attempted wrong login information and it did the same thing. The program is not allowing any sort of login.

Moved to the correct section.
