so the money has come out of my account but my VIP has gone any one know why or how i sort this out

The payment may haven't went through, sometimes it could be you paid with one of those checks (I'm sorry but the name slipped out of my head) and that takes about a day maximum sometimes.

I can remember from my past experiences that in some cases it might take some time, however seeing that the payment had been completed I am debating what went wrong and therefor suggest you to PM the above Staff members or wait for them to reply.
