I have been scammed by this user: http://osbot.org/forum/user/41827-pipidaga/?tab=feedback for a sum of $8.36

I bought 3M coins off the user which he then wanted me to give back and that he would refund me since there was a postal address to prevent scamming. I then gave him the 3M coins and he then 'refunded' the money but I did not receive the refund. He then told me he would send the sum of money to my other Paypal, so I gave him that. He then sent the money to my other Paypal, followed by a dispute. Proof of dispute:

Can you please post screenshots of the trade happening, and provide full screenshots of the Skype logs along with the Skype profile of the user?

I have no screenshots of the trade happening. However, Pipidaga cannot deny the trade not happening as I have chats.

What have I done wrong? Berke has no evidence to support what he is saying

Once berke provides some Skype logs to support his case I will then proceed to prove him wrong until then I don't see the need to waist my time screenshotting Skype logs..

This sounds like you need 48 hours to refund.

 

I'd like skype logs from both of you, since you seem to want to be un-cooperative.

I don't see any valid evidence against @PipiDaga that shows he has scammed.

 

However from the video of screenshots @PipiDaga provided: you told @PipiDaga the wrong Email Address to send 9USD to. The account is suposedly 'limited' which I haven't seen any proof of, seeing as you cannot send the money back you told @PipiDaga to chargeback the payment.
