I didn't change it to this? Is my Macbook infected?

Help! I haven't been on in like 2 days and this happens.

Edit: It disappeared for  some reason but it was like a guy with a cloth in his mouth being stabbed and there was arabic writing.

It was a very big sig too, like a cartoon in a comic.

I also noticed it had some sort of link to a site and a download file or some shit.

I don't see anything and I doubt a normal virus would change your signature, could be a rat from someone here or another forum you visit.
