Wassup guys Beastly here needing some help with homework.

So for school we have to write 3 persuasive paragraphs. One has to be logical, one has to be emotional, and one has to be ethical.

Heres the outline for it: 

 

I really just need help on the Ethical paragraph, what kind of ideas should i put?

Emotional Paragraph: Emotional paragraph

Dogs are essential for any household even emotionally. Firstly dogs can help you feel less lonely. A statistic here shows 82.5 percent of dog owners feel less lonely with a dog, ‘’Furthermore, 82.5 percent of participants indicated that their pet has had a strong positive impact on their life.’’ (Duvall Antonacopoulos. 2010). Being lonely sucks and getting a dog helps that. Dogs can lift your mod when your feeling sad. "Pets offer an unconditional love that can be very helpful to people with depression," says Ian Cook, MD, a psychiatrist and director of the Depression Research and Clinic Program at UCLA.’’ Dogs will help with depression and sadness. Pets give you something to live for. Grandma always says ‘’Bella (her terrier) gives me something to care for, something to live for.’’ When you guys get older having a dog gives you something to care for. To conclude dogs help you feel less lonely, dogs can you make feel happy, and dogs give you something live for. 

 

Logical paragraph: Logical Paragraph

                I’m going to state reasons why our family needs a dog. Every day you guys say ‘’be more responsible Michael’’ well getting a dog teaches responsibility. When you get a dog you have to feed it, you have to teach it where to do its business, you have to clean your dog any many other things that involve responsibility. Dogs can make you feel safe like a guard dog . Here’s an analogy of how a dog saved a little boy’s life: ‘’On Saturday an 18-month old golden retriever saved her owners son from being attacked by a cougar while in the backyard of their home in Boston Bar, British Columbia, about 130 miles north of Vancouver’’ the date this took place was January 5, 2010. The 18 month retriever saved the little boy’s life without the dog the little boy would have died. Dogs can also be a companion when you’re running, jogging, or just walking. Everyone needs exercise with a dog you can exercise with someone you don’t have to be alone. Dogs can be your companion help you get motivated for exercise. To conclude dogs are a must need for any family, they teach responsibility, they keep you safe, and they give you someone to exercise with.

My teacher said that was a good paragraph but do you have any ideas for the ethical paragraph? I have no clue what to put.

Problem with essays is one teacher could think it's a work of art and another throw it in the trash.

You could talk about how there are thousands of homless dogs on the street, and how it's our moral duty to give them a warm and loving home?

"Just imagine being tossed out, cold, and alone on the streets. There are countless dogs on the streets going through this horrible agony right now, and I believe it is our moral obligation to help them."

You just want to make the reader feel really sad for the dogs, so sad they feel it's their responsibility to adopt one.

We don’t have to get a new dog from the store, we can go to the shelter and adopt a dog, adopting a dog safes a pets life and there free. A statistic here shows how many dogs die each year in shelters, ‘’ According to the U.S. Humane Society, about 6-8 million dogs and cats are brought into shelters every year, and about half (3-4 million) are euthanized.’’ So many dogs die each year adopting one at least saves a life.

. Also, if we got 2 dogs one boy one girl we can breed them and make some money. Your brother my uncle breeds dogs for side money and makes over 10 grand a year from breeding. I’m always begging you for money, if we got 2 dogs I can make money just by breeding them then selling them.

Might want to re-word that a bit... Went from saying "Oh we need to give these dogs a good warm loving home" to "We'll make them fuck then sell their babies for cash." :P

 

Also, I'm always relying on others for money. I believe that is un-ethical and that every person should be able to support their self. If I adopted 2 dogs I could let them breed, and sell their puppies to other families that want give a dog a loving home.
