crashing?

Featured Replies

ok so for some reason my bot keeps closing.  its not just osbot, but other bots too.  i get an error report for java crashing for the other bots, but not for this one.  i have a feeling it has to do with 64bit java being installed.  and it only happens after a couple hours, never right away.  here are my computer specs:

Haswell i5

8gigs ram

gtx560 ti 2gb

do you recommend using 32bit version of java?  discuss smile.png

No 4 reelz its a memory leak problem. OSBot 2 should fix this.

normally im all for trolling, but this problem is starting to piss me off lol.

but its happening with other bots too, so its not a memory leak problem i dont think

I think it's a java issue then uninstall all java and install JDK 7 64 bit.

i have jdk 64 bit installed, and i think 64 bit is the problem.  im gonna try 32 bit and see if it does anything

If you are using 64 bit OS then there shoulden't be a problem with that sayd could you please mention what OS you are using?

windows 8.1 64bit

windows 8.1 64bit

I don't use windows 8 but it should work I suppose.

Your windows power options put them on balanced and check ''when to turn off the display'' option in windows and ''change when the computer sleeps'' both options to never.

I can't do much for you then unfortunately the application would most likely only get closed if it's using too much ram/cpu or there's a java error and I can't help you anymore then that :(

Do try to download JDK 7 64 and delete all other java versions.
