I didn't even know that was possible... I always thought that was a RSPS.

I don't think JaGeX has ever enabled a level reset NPC, and most likely never will unless they can charge people real money for it, since JaGeX has become RWT hungry. Only RSPS's have this ability.

lol this not happen max u get on eoc before was roll back i had fire cape on level 10 , and chaotic rapier on 45 dungeonering account and i could wear it when i go stake they think i could wear max whip and i pwn them with rapier so i made some bills like dat then they fixed it

shit I must of been high af, I swear you could pay for your defense to get lowered, that's soooo sad  

Not pay but they did do roll backs to try to tame bots they couldn't get hard evidence on.

Yep, had this happen to me in source garden, but they didn't rollback my money.
