I bought VIP today and it already ran out why is that?

 

I don;t even see it on my invoice, I purchased the VIP with the credits I was refunded with

Either 2 things I can think of.

 

1) It was never given to you in the first place.

 

2) There was a database/server rollback?

I did have it, I was botting on 3 accounts like a hour ago came back and saw my client was closed went to log in and it wouldnt let me have more than one account, I checked the forums to see my VIP status is gone

If there was a server rollback wouldnt my credits be back in my account? I was refunded these credits a few days ago.

If you have purchased it, then @Maldesto will be able to see it on your account; this is probably just a simple error.  

For some reason when you were refunded the first time when you asked for it for vip it didn't change your expiration date when you bought it again. It is fixed, sorry for the delay.
