It would take about half an hour to get to 30 attack and 30 strength doing waterfall quest then leveling to 40/40/40 would take a few hours and you can already bot druids at 30/30 but it's best to take some food.

Shouldn't that take no more than a day?

- Do Tree gnome village quest
- Do Fight Arena quest
- Do Dragon slayer quest
- Train the rest

- Profit
