yeah but alot of people usualy gets 99 range mage str 60 att before they stake bank so they can get more hp lvls.

Yes, But high level dds stakers like that fight other high level dds stakers. They are smart and no one will stake against their odds

Yes, there are many people out there with almost identical stats, so the match-ups would be fair.
Those stats are probably the most common among those who stake in the duel arena today.
