Then simply moving to * you would still have to pay, but instead of script you`d get many.. Now Osbot works as a free alternative, but if there wouldnt be, * all the way.

All i can say it`s already ridiculous with premium cow killers and chicken killers, cmon..

How can anyone say that this should be a free market and certain scripts shouldn't be premium and there shouldn't be limitations set is helping the community?

I think a lot of you guys need a wake up call and realise this isn't 2010, do you understand what Jagex are trying to pull off nowadays? They are trying to massacre the lot of us and are doing a bloody good job at the moment, for us to control the issue that is pissing them off and why they invented the bot watch system in the first place would be the BEST possible thing to do. You want to help along goldfarming places getting packed? Economy getting fucked up more and more? Why not charge a price and help everyone?

 

Come on guys think logically for a second, we should be trying to protect ourselves, not give Jagex more of an excuse to hand us an ass whooping.

It does benefit everyone, it controls ban rates and protects the economy of the game, in turn helping the whole community, not even botters, but every single person within RS.

I was referring to the money that the developers will make and the exclusiveness towards VIP+. The non-upgraded members would be left out. Not all non-upgraded members are leechers.

 

If you put it that way, we might as well remove botting. If we did that, that would fix the economy since there wouldn't be any bots, items stay were they are supposed to be at instead of the constant fluctuation due to botters (including bot merchers). When I refer to the community, I am referring to the OSBot community.

Actually it wouldn't fix the economy, you need a certain degree of botters to make an economy flourish and not be insanely expensive with such a short supply, if you don't believe me go and bot any other game out there or learn the economy, it's the same for every game.

 

Basically you need a good harmony between the two and find a good balance, I understand you are referring to the osbot community but you only have to be here a few weeks to realise free goldfarming scripts = lots of bans, that's why I struggle to understand why people don't get that, it's really simple logic.

This is exactly what I'm trying to say. It was fine in the past to have mass botting going on when 1) Jagex had a less updated bot watch program and 2) more people played the game. Jagex will never completely kill off botting obviously, however the more accounts they ban the more accounts need to be created and have membership put on them.

I hate those free scripts, always errors in them.

90% of guys posting here that are against, are goldfarmers who can script, or leechers.

OSbot is the most stable osrs bot out. Legit we own the majority of the bots in osrs right now. So this really would be useful.
