A friend of me made quite some money when .xxx was released and he bought the most obvious search terms by little kids when he still had the chance. 

It's hard to find good domain names and estimate what they will be worth.

Not really anymore (since the .com boom), a large amount of good domain names are already bought for this exact purpose.

My friends were taking about how to make money and someone brought this up. I'm thinking of doing it buying things popular in the world right now like cyber bullying and politics and stuff
