Why can't I access some stuff on the forums, such as; Chatbox, Store, the repo store.

I want to download some scripts but I can't because it gives me this error:

 

This might be the reason, not too sure though.

 

I think that just because somebody didn't trust me with an trade why I shouldn't be able to purchase scripts or download scripts. I didn't even scam anybody, or trade anybody anything to get the "Trade With Caution" thing, I just randomly got it after I made a post about me selling GP, some people didn't trust me because I didn't have any feedback which is fair enough, but why did some dickhead give me this rank for no reason whatsoever?

I would PM @Maldesto about why you have the rank, interesting that you have it without scamming anyone, get it checked out man.

My post may have looked "dodgy" because I changed my prices lower after people being stingy. But I didn't scam anybody at all, and I was even about to MM with some guy, but I received this rank, pretty pissed off that I got it even without scamming anybody, I'll probably message him, off to bed now, night lads.
