There's no form for this so I'm just going to explain here.

I asked in chat if anyone can help me with English @cutiekank said that he was able to.

I linked him a picture of some questions so he said yea I can do that. I said If i get a b or higher ill pay you the 500k. He agreed. I then Proceeded to link pictures of the whole test he answered all of them and after I turned it in I got 25 percent. I left him negative feedback then master drive deleted it.

I had a negative time dealing with him so a negative feedback is ideal right?

I want to give him negative feedback and you more not remove it I want your approval.

I'm asking for only supers or admins to handle this not globals.
