If i bot on one account for 12 hours, then i bot on another one for 12 hours do they see that as me playing 24 hours straight? and will get banned?

Simply do not bot for such long periods of time, however use breaks and your risk of getting banned should be lowered.

i dont even taking breaks and i bot 20/7 i have been banned one time for macroing and that was in year 2010 on rs3 d claw pure

i using these methods sometimes i manualy say somthing in friend chat or spamm click npcs/ objects.

Break roughly every 2 1/2 hours  for 15-30 mins a pop. ;)

have breaks on and avoid high ban rate locations.

Should be fine, just test it and see how it goes, most thing you could do is use an IP changer (Hot spot shield) while running the second one

Just don't bot a lot. Bot as much as you WOULD play the game.
