jagex does read appeals, but only for legit players will billing, or support questions.

 

If you got banned for botting (EX, macro major ban, goldfarm ban) they will not appeal you.

 

All they will do is send you a ticket saying, we have reviewed your account and it appears you are guilty, please read the rules section located here()
and refrain from further 3rd party use etc..

 

if you send them a 2nd one, they will ignore it.

 

Once your banned, you better know a jmod or your not getting unbanned, they also state that you should make a new character and continue the awesome world of rs3 and 07, so they don't care if your account is 20 years old, banned is banned, and they want you to make a fresh acc non botted.
