I might start hosting odd/even with 3-4 friends every other day. If we got caught what would be the consequences and would Jagex give a damn?

They recently made a rule banning all forms of gambling, so I'm pretty sure they do care. 

Perm mute is the most probable consequence if you are caught.

there would be no way in distinguiching that and the rwting rules so yes they would gie you a ban for that probably.
