If willing to do all of that tell me how much you would charge for the account/i may open a level 3 account and want some-one to do all that(This bit belongs in services). To get those quests done you would have to do the pre-required quests aswell and get the stats to do so. 

 

If the account gets 60 range, 43 prayer and 55 magic aswell i would happily switch my main for it provided all of the above is done.

You can either supply the account with what it needs, i estimate supply wise those stats would require no more than 500k which i'd be more than happy to add onto the fee afterwards.
