You attempted to scam me I didn't say you did scam me. I asked you to make me three icons you requested 3M I agreed to the payment I said to make me a Start icon if it's good I'll pay upfront for the other 2 icons, I said if you want you can waterproof it. You said no then I went of saying I was a super moderator on OSBot you can trust me you agreed.

The service was on Skype not OSBot and I requested you to make me a icon on Skype. So your terms of service isn't valid on Skype. Just a reminder a terms of service isn't a law and there is always a way to bypass it.

Regarding the icons I requested you to "make it" not find it on the internet you said you finished it meaning you made the icon my mate Kevin caught you out on it then left the conversation.

i did it because you didn't pay upfront and your friend tried to scam me, claiming to be 5uck. i never claimed they where made by me.

Your TOS went void when you agreed to not go first; lets get rid of that argument now. He wanted you to make something and you agreed.

You failed to make something he requested, but also, he never paid you, so no scam occurred and no action can be taken.

i understand getting the image from iconfinder was wrong but i did it due to the previous deals i've had with him.

There should be a sort of punishment for people that try scam someone but failed. For example "Trade With Caution." pip should be given to people that attempted to scam. You should bring up that discussion with the other members of staff they'll surely agree with this suggestion.

Well, I'll bring that up, but I cant do anything now.
