Ban Rates?

Featured Replies

Just wondering how the ban rates have been lately. Now that OSBot has improved so much, I'm thinking about re-instating my account's membership. Of-course I would like to know if you guys have had any issues with bans.

Maybe mention specific scripts you were using when banned, how long you were running said script, etc. This thread could help us stay ahead of the ban hammer a bit.

Just dont use scripts which are in the high ban areas.

Such as catherbury yews, seers yews/magic, flax picking, bow stringing, probably alot more.

Botting anyway the ban rate is always going to be there, just have to grow a pair and start botting :P

ban rate send a letter to mod mark ? no users no the ban rate but keep in mind if you bot you can get a ban . that all we user can tell you

I've been picking flax for 2 days now, botting around 40 hours of the 48.

I've had no problems so far. I plan to suicide half a week then actually play the other half and see how it goes.

Also does anyone know if I will for sure get only a (7-14) day ban or have there been perm bans 1st offense?

These are the kinds of posts I'm looking for..lol.

I'll probably make my account members today. Since this thread wasn't spammed with people who've been banned I suppose it is now a good time.

Put it this way... :)

Time running is a few minutes off for both accounts Im botting. Working flawlessly

Like Aza said.. don't bot any of the most popular botting locations if you're scared of bans.

Jmods DO occassionally patrol some areas, such as flax fields, catherby/seers/gnome yews, etc.

That's some truly sad GP per hour, though! :P

what about getting 70 attack at rock crabs?

You're fine, lol.. don't be paranoid and just bot. Anyone who gets banned is just really unlucky.

I was using a mouse recorder everyday for about a month, boting a certain area.

I then randomly got a minor macroing ( 14 day ) ban on 2 of my noob accounts, I then appealed it asking for the correct evidence as i'm a paying customer yadadada..

After 5mins both bans were quashed, Strange thing is i only appealed on one account yet they both get quashed. Not entirely sure if there's someone watching over me or just some kind of random bug which occurred. The other 2 older accounts i was also using didn't get hit with any disciplinary action, So i should imagine if you're using older accounts the likely-hood of you getting banned is lower than someone who creates a recent account with the intentions of boting.

As other users have stated above, You shouldn't be scared. If it happens... It happens.
