20 seconds is too long regardless.

It wouldn't make spam too much easier, you still have to wait, but not to a point where you're going to blow your brains out.

20 seconds is perfect, I have been apart of forums that is 60 seconds. That was way to long.  A suggestion. Click new content in the top right hand corner and open multiple threads. By the time you read them all and post, the next one will be ready.

I'm not saying there isn't ways to pass the time, or compating it to another forum, I'm saying for ease of use, let's reduce it.
