PID tracker (for staking)

Hello everyone,

Would you care for OSBot to have a PID (player index) tracker? It is believed the OS server is structured in a way that it stores its players in a collection, most probably an array, by their player index. The update procedure for OS is a loop, which loops through the collection of players from start to end. This means that a low player index, lower than your opponent's, will get your character's actions processed earlier than your opponent. Sometimes in the same tick, sometimes the opponent will delay an entire tick, giving you advantage in your staking duel.

I would have to say yes on this, and thank you for constant updates and keeping us updated. I think OSbot as a community really appreciate your efforts :)

it's not based on PID on rs07, I've wrote a simple pid viewer back in wbot, went to duel arena, watched fights and lower pid didnt always get first hit

I'm surprised actually because what I can remember from back in the days is that it was based on PID.

I like this idea! Its new, and unique, and it's never been seen on another bot, I say if you have the time go for it!

I love this bot, best dev's, and members!

I concur on this, yes.

pid is based off your ip address, the 3rd set of numbers has to be dividable by 8, and the last set of number must be as low as possible, i get first hit 95% of the time based off my vpn's ip address, pid is a major advantage for staking as maxi has said.

I'm surprised actually because what I can remember from back in the days is that it was based on PID.

well, you can always do the PID viewer, check duel arena tell us if your results suggest that it is based on PID or not :)

You're sure there are no other factors that could influence first hit at the duel arena?

PID is definitely one, but I'm unsure if it's the only one.

OT: I see no reason why there shouldn't be a PID tracker. If you have time to develop one, go for it.
