Well, I have court in the morning at 9:45 (5/20/13) and Im going to see how I will be charged with a brand new violation of felony probation charge I caught Friday. All because I smoked weed and I'm getting tested every week.

 

I'm on probation for 1 charge of Possession of Narcotics which is a 3rd degree felony.

AND 3rd deg. felony evading arrest. I was brought to court on these charges and put on probation until I'm 21. (I caught all of these charges the day I turned 18) so ill be charged as an adult today. Well, this could be a farewell to you guys because violating my terms of probation can lead to 9+ months jail time.

^ i normally pass my tests with the Niacin i take but i guess i didnt take enough this time.

 

you guys take it easy i hope my public defender can get me out of this one.

Since you're still relatively young and haven't had any previous criminal misconduct on your record, you may get another warning or house arrest.

 

 

Or they'll just throw you in jail.

It's sealed from the public though, so its like I never had one.

aww man but i love smoking weed to bad in ammerica all cops do is take it from you and remove it from the bag and then crush it with there shoe and if its a bhong they put it in a bag and crush it against there car, best of luck

To be honest, the incarceration system and prisons themselves are over filled and cost so much money. It's cheaper for the state to put you on probation again just giving you a final warning.

Good luck, and I know you said don't post this, but hey stop smoking while on probation, seriously. Could change your life if you get a felony  and keep getting into trouble, doesn't seem like it bothers you now. It will in the future trust me.

My case was thrown out because during the piss test, someone has to physically watch you pee into the cup. (Because of tampering laws) And my probation officer was in a hurry on Friday for whatever reason and just told me to pee and he'd be right back. Although I didn't actually tamper with the test, and ACTUALLY tested positive the judge won't review my case if someone didn't supervise the test it wont hold up in court.

I was ready to get locked up. You guys dont know how relieved I was to walk out of that courtroom and just breathe FREE, NOT INCARCERATION air.

Great news, hopefully you can lay off of it for a while. I know you think you can beat it, but maybe one day as soon as you smoke, the cop comes picks you up for a random drug test. You can't stop it at all.

Not physically watch, just hear you, and usually there are a lot of anti-cheat mechanics in the toilet itself. Lots of awkward liquids. Lol.
