I want to stake buy my hp is wayy too low. My account is actually this level exactly, but I have 71 HP, 80 strength, 70 attack and 50 defence. This would be amazing.

I could use it to test a combat script that I might make. :P

I would love this account for staking. The 1 prayer factor is a one of a kind which means it will be lower combat with higher stats on other players. I've always wanted such an account. I would really love it if you choose me. I love staking and this account looks perfect.

I would love this account so maybe I could gain bank, I have like 10m to stake with. After I get what I need out of the account I will let someone else have a chance to gain or lose money by staking as long as that promise to do the same.

He wants the account to be used for staking needs since he put work into getting those stats, so he wants it to go to a good home where someone won't ruin the stats (which leveling prayer would do)
