He and I discussed his time and he just doesn't have the time to dedicate to being a super mod. We decided he could still be a global and handle reports, but super mod takes a lot more time and dedication than he has at his hands. He is busy in real life, and finds little time to give to the forums.

I personally know the stress of the runescape community up your ass as I've ran a very successful runescape private server with over 20,000 ACTIVE players.

It's not fun, and it's not easy; but the money sure as hell makes it all worth it

I hope you know that the mods on this site don't get paid at all.

Their position is voluntary, and I'm sure if they didn't think it was an enjoyable experience they wouldn't accept the job. 

What confuses me is that this thread is in the spam section.
