Gaming PC Goal

Featured Replies

Inspired by I decided to make a thread for my goal of getting a gaming PC. I was using my brothers for a while and he needed it back so I am going to be buying a new gaming PC. I'll probably be looking for one with i7 3770k, 8gb of ram, and a gtx 760. Maybe some of those will change, idk yet.

I also haven't decided whether I want to build or not as I have only ever upgraded a psu and gpu.

Current:

$70/$1000

Log:

11/18/2013 - Sold 15M

11/19/2013 - Banned on all account except 1. Restarting soon.

I don't know the exact price but it will be around 1,000 dollars.

Good luck mate, setting goals are the first steps to achieving. (Dam that's alot of Gold Farming :))

You should build it for sure. You will save a lot of money and you can choose the best parts. Honestly it isn't difficult and you don't need much computer knowledge at all.

Updated post. Sold 15m

i hope u realise getting a  i7 3770k and 760 is complete over kill. unless ur rendering movies or playing garbage games on max detail then u dont need such high specs. u can litteraly buy a cpu and gfx card from the 600 series and a mid tier i5 from the newest generation and get such high performance out of it and also saves so much money.

tldr: ur a moron for wanting such high specs to play rs

I7 for botting and no one builds a fucking gaming computer to play runescape.

Haha sounds like a great PC, have you looked on New-egg and stuff to get the exact list of items? maybe make a checklist or something

ok that i7 would still be overkill. theres so many solutions. hes not running multiple clients rofl. hes using 1 client and most likely low cpu. i dont even think u need to use low cpu mode if u just use 1 client either way. litterary this new gen of i5 is the max anyone who has any needs regarding video games would need. case closed. cya m7+1

I wouldn't buy an i7 to play runescape. That's idiotic to believe anyone would do that. I will choose my specs, and what you say won't defer my decisions. I'd rather pay 100 bucks more for an i7 and get overkill. case closed. cya m7+1

I am certain that you don't have more than 1 runescape account.

Goodluck! Sucks about the setback but you'll rebuild!
