i've have noticed that ever since Po**Rbot+fake osbot started spamming/advertising chat the ban rate has increased like crazysad.png sad.png

I have absolutely no idea what you are saying r talking abut, explain better please.

    Come on guys, give the man a break :p

    What he basically means is that there are alot of bots just standing in the RS worlds 24/7 spamming / advertising for bots so other people can use bots too, problem is jagex sees the adverts too.

    I dont think your idea is correct evil bender, but it certainly is a interesting one ;)
