I'm sure an admin can confirm if the payment as been received or not don't worry.  if this is true he will be banned from the site they do not take scammers lightly.  At least you didn't lose all that much, everyone gets scammed every now and then.  Sorry for your loss.

hey man. i really do appreciate the support. although i was clearly ignorant to what was going on, he mislead me and was dishonest.

Both of the parties got warnings for spam/flame this will not proceed any further. There is a dispute section for a reason, this isn't a battle of opinions, but a matter of facts. Thank you.
