I believe the inner glow is the element of the graphic that attracts my eye.

Like these allot, not 100% on bottem font, think I'd prefer arial or something

Everything looks nice, glow gives it a unique look, but the bottom-part of the font does not fit the composition. (In my opinion)

Other than that, very nice.
