No, this release contains hotfixes as Maxi stated. The randoms will be released mostly with the SDN

Incorrect, the SDN is getting delayed and Maxi is working on the randoms instead since it's priority at this moment really, once all randoms are completed he'll be releasing it also working on the SDN.

Bugs that occured within v1.4.3 which you don't need to worry about if you didn't come cross it.
