There is no guide on the website on how to obtain scripter rank and I have open source released scripts/code

There is no point before that. No ETA on that yet however

Nah, we're still good, and thriving. I think you're referring to the way to log in with a Jagex account now. (And the c++ client hasn't came yet to cause us grief (far as I know) I just got back in about a month ago as well. 1
