There is no guide on the website on how to obtain scripter rank and I have open source released scripts/code

Once there are some scripts ready for release, we can release the client. There is no point before that. No ETA on that yet however

Nah, we're still good, and thriving. I think you're referring to the way to log in with a Jagex account now. (And the c++ client  hasn't came yet to cause us grief (far as I know) I just got back in about a month ago as well.
