I already can do 100+ in a row smile.png

ONCE AGAIN, why even post? read the title, I'm glad you both can do 100 push ups, but this is for people that can't/want to do them.

No one wants to come on here to see people bragging they are here to give it a try and receive motivation, I'm sorry, but it is discouraging to see people posting like this for other people who can't.

On another note make your own post if you want people to know.

Is it just me or is 100 push ups not that hard? I remember me doing 50 without any training, just for the fun.

I must be doing something wrong lol.

I'll check the site out, thanks ;)

100 proper push-ups is insane.

eg. 2seconds going down, hold for 1 sec, 2 seconds going up, repeat.

All executed in one controlled and fluid motion.

100 of these would destroy most people. tongue.png

67 in 1min :/ used to be able to do more than this but too much bulking i be getting to fat n heavy to do these lol

alright ill give it a go haha

Either you are doing something wrong/lying or a very fit/strong girl =).

Yes 100 in a row the right way is hard, people saying they can do them so easily probably don't do them right and people saying like they can do that so fast are even worse because that isn't a real push up either. Example: I can do 60 push ups fast, but I struggle to do 30 normal speed/slower.

For a girl I would say 50 is equal to 100 for men, that is very good! Like my girlfriend can barely do 10 if that, and she has done tons of sports, competitive cheer leading and is fit, but doesn't do anything really with her chest, plus I'm sure with boobs that adds some weight with gravity.

Yes fluid motion, I like to hold for 2 seconds when I'm on the ground, and going up slow and back down slow is all great.

Don't get me wrong though fast push ups aren't a bad thing either as I said I do both.

I don't hold it so that's what makes it easy I guess aha !

It takes 2 seconds ea push up , so yes I was clearly doing it wrong.

Thanks for letting me know!

@Cortana

That is still really good! I'm glad you are a fit nerd like me! biggrin.png

Once my nerve in my hand is fully healed i'll give the program a go. I've been working out regularly for the past 2 years tho I kept getting injured hahah. I know what you mean by proper push ups, i feel as if most people just do them like gym class kids. ;)

Completely agree with the gym class push ups lol, also, that stinks that you keep getting hurt and good luck with the recovery!

I use to do something like that when I played xbox, do push ups for every death, like around 20. (I didn't die much, dat pubstar)

Also, for league of legends.

The title of this made me want to see how many that I could do, and then I almost died :(

After like 3 push ups, I had to stop aha.

I've been having chest pains for quite some time now, and this triggered it to happen as well.

RIP Mikasa, going to be out of shape forever.
