Client randomly closes, no error message

Featured Replies

Title. Bot will randomly just close with no error prompt or anything.

Got Updated Java?

Got alot of R.A.M?

CPU over 100%?

Just some things to ask check your cpu when you run the bot

Also it could be that your internet disconnects, even a split second is enough to make you logg out of the client, some time after the client will close too.

Can you relate?

happens to me aswell, i always have to babysit my bot..

Happens to me sometimes too. Plenty of ram, normal cpu %, updated java. No clue why it happens, but I can always just reopen it and it works fine. Weird shit.

Basically what it was doing back when banking was broken a week or whatever ago.. Or at least what it was doing for me - every time you'd try to withdraw something, you'd click on it, and the whole client would crash - no error code or anything. Only with this it just randomly happens for no apparent reason.

Yep, java is updated, 8gb ram, never over 30% cpu usage.

Are you using the latest version of the client, 1.7.49?

Also, is your CPU overclocked or anything like that?

Yes, current version.

and no.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's because of the memory leak OSBot often suffers from.

Can u tell me what a memory leak exactly is?

If you are running more than one client, the one that was first opened will close after an internet disconnection.

If it says "Signed out" at the top right, the client will close itself.

Make sure you have the latest version of OSBot (http://OSBot.org/), Java (http://java.com/), and JDK (optional) (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk7-downloads-1880260.html).

If low memory (RAM) is a problem, then you can close out of other programs/applications and allocate more memory to javaw.exe.

Ctrl + alt + del > processes > javaw.exe > right click > Set priority > High

same exact problem. no idea whats going on. it works perfectly fine for my friends but not for me..

got same thing it happens sometimes when i double click on runescape or spamm click a bit after running bot for awile

edit: the whole client just closes with no warning
