The customer will retain all items received during the provision of the service.
We do not assume responsibility for bans related to the sale of virtual items (RWT).
All exchanges must be conducted through our ticket system; we do not assume responsibility for scams occurring outside our server.
The customer is expected to maintain a respectful demeanor with our team. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
Our terms of service are subject to change.
By opening a ticket, you accept all our terms and conditions of service.

  12. You must show complete respect towards our team members. Insults, racism, and discrimination will not be tolerated on our server.
  13. Remember that by entering the server or making a purchase, you are accepting the terms of service. This is why you are assigned the @deleted-role role.
  14. We are open to the use of a middleman as long as the client covers the associated costs.
  15. All terms of service are subject to change. We recommend staying informed about any changes in the ⁠📰︱ᴄʜᴀɴɢᴇꜱ-ʟᴏɢꜱ channel.
  16. We do not buy accounts, sending multiple messages trying to sell an account to any member of the server or staff will be considered spam and will be banned from our server.

Services ToS

  1. The client is prohibited from using the account while it is being trained.
  2. The client cannot add or remove wealth from the account without authorization from a server administrator.
  3. The client cannot change the password, activate an authenticator, or change the bank PIN during the service without notifying us.
  4. The client is entitled to a maximum of 3 updates per day, each with a minimum 5-hour interval.
  5. The client must respect the working hours of our workers and their sleeping hours.
  6. Our workers members will train the accounts for a maximum of 8 hours per day. If you wish to expedite your service, you can pay for premium training, which incurs an additional cost of 30% on top of the original order.
  7. The client is not entitled to demand more than 8 hours of daily work if they have not paid for premium training.
  8. The client has the right to request a Google Drive folder with all the training screenshots after the service is completed.
  9. In the event that the client gets banned due to botting, they have the right to demand a folder containing all the training screenshots. If it is discovered that the worker was using illegal software, the client will be fully refunded. It's important to note that this decision must also be approved by a Sythe moderator.
  10. We will not be held responsible for bans due to real-world trading (RWT) as it is beyond our control and entirely dependent on the game.
  11. For refunds, please refer to our refund policy.
  12. In Ironman accounts, we are not responsible for any item loss due to death, including in the wilderness.
  13. We do not work with Hardcore Ironman (HCIM) or Ultimate Ironman (UIM) accounts.
  14. The client is responsible for covering all expenses during the training.
  15. Ironman accounts must have all the necessary items (including stamina potions and teleports) for the training. Otherwise, additional charges may apply based on the missing items.
  16. Before starting a service, our staff will take a screenshot of the account's current bank.
  17. If you have any account restrictions, please notify us. Also, when requesting a quest list, please consider the possible experience rewards.
  18. After completing the service, the client must verify that the account contains the required levels, quests, or items as specified in the service. If anything is missing, the client should notify customer support.
  19. After completing the service, the client should go to the RuneScape website > Account Settings > Linked Accounts and check for any linked social media accounts. If any social media accounts are linked, please remember to notify customer support.
  20. If the account doesn't have a registered email, we strongly recommend setting up an email address to avoid any issues.
  21. Upon completion of the service, it is advised to change the password, bank PIN, and, if possible, enable two-factor authentication (authenticator).
  22. If a client prefers not to handle the quotation process themselves, our support team provides assistance for a fee of $2.5 USD. This fee is applicable when the client requests our team to perform the quotation on their behalf.
