Is this a general OSRS client bug or is it because of OSBot? (using MM)

Visually my run energy is toggled 'ON' but it's actually off, and vice versa. It affects the scripts as well, OSBot defaults to walking instead of running when this bug occurs.

Pretty sure it's a game bug, there is a lot more like this. But I rarely see them though
