You can freely use other clients, but the discussion of them here on the site is against the rules.

SlimGirl Posted February 26, 2023 Posted February 26, 2023 Apple phones have a built in way to bot simple tasks on mobile. I believe it is called "Switch Control" in accessibility settings. There's some videos on YouTube about it. Hope this helps!

Just watched that video and I never knew that was even a feature of iOS let alone how it could be used like that, bet this is rather easy to detect though?
