If by order you mean layout, there's a tab for that in the setup. The item groups can be moved up/down.
Minimum number of prayer potion doses to start a trip can be specified in the inventory tab.

Ahh @FrostBug for some reason when i am at clan wars he logs out automatically. idk how, i got the supplies etc.

Anyone got a good setup i could use for 40 att 40 str 70 def 81 range 85 mage? looking to run toxic blowpipe/trident of the seas full veracs but seeing if theres a better setup for this type of account. I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you!!

The breaks aren't disabled, rather they're delayed until an appropriate time.

This is because you wouldn't want a break to initiate during combat, so it'll wait until not inside a crypt or in the tunnels. 

TL;DR you can set breaks as you normally would.

best gear in my opinion is trident of the seas and rune crossbow with mithrill bolt

it's worth to take blowpipe if you go to church every sunday and you feel very lucky, otherwise profit will be low because of blowpipe cost
