Today 2 of my accs got hacked im not sure how but im pretty sure it relates to someone back dooring osbot and accessing IP's

or login folders. im not putting the blame on osbot staff but it seriously needs to be looked into. 2 accs in 1 day adding to 50m+

needless to say im pissed my virus protection found nothing! 

admins feel free to pm me and i'll discuss what happened.

I litterally got knocked offline, then went to log on to find that my account was logged on in world 1. Went to varrock found him, he teled when i started trolling. And proceeded to have a 15 minute conversation with me about login folders, using a back door to get in, and told me the bot i was using off the top. He practically preached about some back door. He said... "Everytime someone logs in it sends my friend a folder and me and a few other people go through them." You do use osbot don't you (: "

Do a virus scan of your computer.

I prefer Microsoft Security Essentials for my antivirus, but AVG is a good choice as well.

I use McAfee mate and its found nothing

(edit: not one of those broke ass cracks either, full McAfee)

IF, someone was getting your IP the worst they could do would be to DDos you. NOT get your RS account information.

 

 

Secondly,

we Don't have "login" folders. When you login to the client or save an account on the client they are stored locally. The only thing that could get this information would be if you was Keylogged. Neither of OSbot's client code, API or any scripts I've used (quite a lot!) has a KeyLogger.

 

Scan your computer and don't download them Gold generators. Simples.

yeah they talking shit, no account information gets sent anywere, if you save the accounts on your osbot setting > accounts, that shit stays on your computer, its all local, must of been a key logg or somethin

Unlucky man, not related to OSBot though sorry.

You were more than likely hacked by someone who did a service for you a long time ago or something, as they know you use OSBot. Probably not keylogged.

Run an Anit-Malware scan just to be sure.

 

"Malwarebytes" tends to be the best free one.

everyone that thinks an anti virus will help you, it wont . People use crypters to make their bot undetecable. ( I used to own razer crypter)

I've never been "hacked". Download AVG 2013, its free and should do the trick. Another helpful download is Malwarebytes, GL.

dont use free or lite shit, use paid for scripts or free scripts from the more known developers.

Have you regained access to any of your accounts? Take a pic of the last IP log. OSBot client stores your info to your local machine. Your login will never be uploaded anywhere else unless somebody hacks this website and replaces the download link with an infected version.
