I have a few if you're interested, most have never even logged in besides checking to see if I still have them, I don't know if they're registered emails or not but im crying of laughter with one of the names I've set 

From what i've checked, both are level 3, one is just completed tut island last logged in 756 days ago, the other one hasnt been touched since 2009~ ish

So far I've found 3 that are username only and may have registered emails. All level 3.
