Hi, I would like to understand how you know if you are banned on runescape.
When i want to access my account on runescape It says wrong username or password then when I try to reset my password with e-mail it says your account password changed successfully. Then I re-inter my new password and it says invalid username or password.

It will say your account has been disabled.

If someone tried to hack you by requesting a password change, it will say it is locked.

Maybe you are trying to login with your username whereas you should login with your email.

When logging in, it would look like this:

Incorrect.

If you type in wrong password/email/login, it'll say wrong password/email/login. If you type in the correct ones you will either get logged in or get a message saying your account has been disabled.

 

If you forgot your password, look up your account on hiscores, if it's gone from hiscores then you're perm banned.

So how do we know if we are perm banned or temp ban to conclude

go on account settings and it'll say if you have been banned and why

If you had a temp ban, it would say something like "Your account will be unbanned in two days"
