I am up to doing the 1 zulrah kill for western provinces diary, however its taken me quite a few attempts with a best attempt at 3 HP.

 

I'm pretty undergeared, with 74 Mage, 70 Ranged, 70 Prayer

Items consist of a Ibans staff, and a crystal bow or rune crossbow with broad bolts
Black dhide & mystics too
