Pretty sure he was selling via SMS which isn't allowed on OSBot, and usually leads to scams.

 

He probably kept doing it even with warnings, hence why he got banned.

Yeah but if you do, the account you purchased it on in runescape gets banned until you pay jagex what you owe them which is u sally the amount that was charged back/

He didn't provide good membership updates.

He scammed & got banned for it.

Selling sms pins/buying by phone is not allowed. He violated the rules and got punished.
