What does low CPU mode do?

As you probably know, has osbot a low cpu option. 

But I would like to know, should I use it and what does it affect?

@BloodyNoah Only works on injection. It lowers the game frame rate to lower CPU usage. In low activity tasks this can work really well like bank standing. But something more intensive like combat may suffer greatly from it.
