 Terms Of Service 

 

1. You must not log in while your account(s) are being serviced unless you have permission from an admin. In the occurrence of you logging in without explicit permission the ongoing service will be terminated and no refund will be given.
2. Before sending your credentials to start the order, you must remove all unnecessary wealth off of the account. If you fail to remove unnecessary wealth, you agree and acknowledge the fact that we are not responsible for any loss of wealth whether it be before, during, or after the service.
3. You will provide with all the supplies for the service. Unless agreed before. 
4. No refund will be provided when an account is banned. All services are rendered by hand.
5. We will try to post screenshots of the service progress and update you daily.
6. The only positions allowed to accept payments are Staff & Admins.
7. We are not liable if a customer sent their details in our ticket or a worker/person and wealth is stolen because of this. 
8. Customer will send details of the account directly to the worker assigned in a DM  when the worker has claimed a ticket, after the worker has written down the details this information should be deleted from DM. 
9. We do not refund after payment is done.
10. All items for the quest must be purchased, or 500k must be left on the account so that we can purchase the items needed from the GE.
11. Only discuss orders in the ticket system. Don't openly chat about it in general or so.
12. We are not obligated to provide timeframes for the service. We will always complete your order as soon as possible!
13. Only you and the worker should have access to your account details, never give more people access to your details. Change the password after every service done.
14. By using our services you agree to our terms of services.
